COGEN Europe's Office in Brussels is the central contact point and management facility for the Organisation. The office currently employs 5 staff involved in a wide range of functions such as:

• Representing the interests of COGEN Europe members and of the Cogeneration sector on the whole vis-à-vis the EU Institutions and other important organisations and institutions
• Editing and distributing COGEN Europe publications
• Elaboration of studies and briefings
• Participation in international research and promotional projects
• Co-ordination and organisation of COGEN Europe's executive committee, advisory board and different working groups
