General Information	We are now at a point where significant changes are taking place in the energy arena including: Enlargement to 25 countries Radical changes and investment in the power sector as a result of Emissions Trading legislation Promotion of cogeneration through the Cogeneration Directive COGEN Europe's 2004 Conference will examine these issues along with the implications of recent events such as the blackout in the USA and the heatwave during this last Summer.
